By accessing or using Stockalot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Modify or copy our materials except as permitted
• Use the materials for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer materials to another person or "mirror" the materials

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockalot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
